Course content overview:
This immersion supports leaders to shape their workforce planning and talent management approaches for today’s VUCA and BANI world of work. Stepping well beyond a people-team perspective, this immersion will look at the essential cross-organisation roles and relationships needed for success, and tools and frameworks that can help.  
Designed to help participants step back from short-term firefighting, and demonstrate leadership in this space with tried and tested approaches, the course covers:
•    Translating strategy into future capability needs across time
•    Dealing with the complexity of multiple transformation programmes and high levels of uncertainty – methods for planning despite the noise
•    Spotting future skills gaps before they become urgent
•    Options for creating visibility of internal skills and talent pools, and their challenges
•    Frameworks for talent management, including internal mobility and re-deployment
•    Seizing untapped opportunities and avoiding a talent drain
•    Engaging individuals in transformation and career change
